i said i wasn’t gonna ink anything until the pencils were all done~well, i’m almost done with the pencils and how are you supposed to wait to ink everything? it’s impossible!

finally, i went to some high school classes this week to do quick studies of the way students dress. i used to just be uncool. now im old, too.

I am the intern here. I come in to a room, actually a table enclosed by walls, and I draw lines. These lines divide the spaces between Bill Ayers’ words. The lines I draw support a dying trend amongst comic artist, hand-inking the words, one which I suppose Ryan alone will carry unto the next generation of illustrators. Hand- inking fonts is probably a dying trend because artists like Ryan will eventually face the trouble of carpal tunnel syndrome.

But, hopefully not.

I am pumped for this new project, To Teach, because it makes sense to the real, (wacky) world of education.
Oh, yes, this is very nice.
