i drew these kittens for a nice family who let me stay with them in nebraska. im afraid that they’re accidentally scary looking… does that mean i’m going crazy!??!

Au Revoir to OhYesVeryNice’s Laboratory
As an intern you have to learn to make these experiences your own. I am walking away with project ideas for the 8th grade class I will mentor this summer: comic storytelling and great perspectives on teaching
The Checklist I Made Myself for OhYesVeryNice
Ö Watch You Tube videos
Ö Spill coffee on important stuff
Ö Listen to rad Hip Hop and Psychedelic beats
Ö Draw panel lines very straight but sometimes kind of crooked
Ö Erase Ryan’s pencil marks
Ö Eat large potato burrito
Ö Do bizarre research for Ryan’s detail work
(Where I learned that internet research on ANY topic will lead to pictures of Barack Obama)
Ö Get my portrait done as I write a blog
Ö (Twice)
Meet Bill
Uh oh. One left.
Party on,
Sabrina
oh, sabrina! would that we could take you with us on our upcoming relocation to new york city. you will be missed.
seamus e-mailed me this picture of his hip new flask and i thought i ought to draw it because i’ve been on the same sketchbook for over a year and it makes me feel awful. it’s been a productive year except sketchbook-wise.

hello everybody. here are some drawings i made.
first a bit of mail art for my beloved editor, meg lemke.
and then the very very beginnings of a dave’s killer bread idea that we’re kicking around.

and finally, i just unearthed this portrait of abraham lincoln while i was scanning. i’m not sure exactly when or why i drew this, but i thought the whole world ought to see it.
here is a drawing i did on my latest epistle to my pen-pal, alice, who is doing this new blog where she’ll send you a drawing for ten bucks. man, i want ten bucks! would anybody give me ten bucks for a drawing? ill send you one right now!

here’s some more mail art i sent out with a release form for to teach.

a delightful gentleman named tom mason interviewed me for gearlive.com’s comics 411 section. you can read it here!
speaking of interviews: after a rigorous screening process, ohyesverynice studios has acquired its very first intern. more soon!
