How a Dave’s Killer Bread logo gets made

Dave calls me up and makes a lot of dirty jokes and says a lot of bad words. Eventually i ask him, “what’s this all about?” so he tells me he’s got a name for a new kind of bread and he wants a label for it. I tell him ill send him some drawings in a few days and then he says, “hey, man. alriiiight.”

a few days later i email him these pitchers to get the ball rolling.

20 minutes later he writes me back and says lets do the bus-stop-guy one. i tell dave that my rigorous thai-chi training might prevent me from finishing the final one before the end of the week. dave says, “hey, that’s fine.”

then his lawyers and my lawyers begin a long and arduous negotiation process that usually lasts about 18 weeks. then i get paid!

anyway, ill put the final blues bus design on here in a day or 2, when it’s finished.
